These handy tee shirt ties (also known as tee shirt clips, pulls, holders . . .) are hard to find!  They really dress up a tee shirt by shaping it at the hip.  Just pull the tail of the shirt through the clip to the desired point.

This tee shirt tie is made of plastic with a tortoise shell look. The clip measures approximately 2-1/4" inches in diameter.  The shadings which create the appearance of tortoise shell vary from clip to clip.
